Head of Treasury Key Responsibilities & Duties • Oversee daily liquidity management, regulatory reporting, and compliance with liquidity metrics such as LCR and NSFR. • Optimize cash positioning, forecasting, and fund movements across accounts and legal entities. • Manage the Commercial Paper Program, including issuance, rollover planning, and compliance with program documentation. • Develop and implement treasury technology and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. • Strengthen management reporting through dashboards, analytics, and performance indicators. • Negotiate banking services, fees, and account structures to optimize liquidity arrangements. • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve funding and balance sheet efficiency. • Coordinate with global treasury teams to align strategies and ensure effective communication. • Provide leadership and guidance to the treasury team, fostering a culture of excellence. Head of Treasury Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required. • Minimum 10 years of experience in treasury, liquidity risk management, or capital markets. • Strong knowledge of liquidity metrics, cash forecasting, and funding strategies. • Experience within regulated financial institutions such as broker-dealers or banks preferred. • Proficiency in treasury systems, financial modeling, and data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau. • Demonstrated ability to lead system implementations and process improvements. • Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to manage competing priorities and drive execution across functions. • Comfortable working in a global environment and coordinating with international stakeholders.
