Privacy policy

Last updated 13 October 2026. We collect as little as we need to send you job alerts.

What we collect

• Your email address, to log you in and send alerts. If you continue with Google, Google tells us your email address and that it’s verified; we don’t get your Google password or anything else from your account.
• Your job filters and time zone (roles, seniority, locations, work mode, keywords, companies, alert times), to choose which jobs to send and when.
• Subscription status from our payment provider: whether your plan is active and until when, plus customer and subscription IDs. We never see or store card or UPI details.
• Basic request logs (IP address, time, page) kept for a short time for security and to stop abuse.

We use two cookies: one keeps you logged in, the other remembers whether to show prices in rupees or dollars. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t sell or rent your data.

Who processes it for us

• Dodo Payments: payments, billing and tax (merchant of record).
• Resend: sending login and alert emails.
• Hetzner: our servers, in Germany.
• Cloudflare: website security and delivery.
• Google: sign-in, if you choose “Continue with Google”.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while it’s open. If you ask us to delete it, we remove your email, filters and alert history within 30 days. Payment records may be kept longer where tax law requires it.

Your choices

Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete your data, email [email protected] from the address on your account.
