Project Manager Job Requirements • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction. • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Primavera. • Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices. • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred but not required.
