Project Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties • Lead design teams and consultants, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. • Manage client relationships and communications, fostering productive collaborations. • Prepare and review project proposals, qualifications, and presentation materials. • Present design concepts and milestone reports to clients and stakeholders. • Provide innovative solutions to complex technical and design challenges. • Develop technical specifications and oversee construction documentation. • Conduct site visits, review submittals, and respond to RFIs during construction phases. • Mentor junior designers, supporting their growth and professional development. • Collaborate with leadership to improve office culture and production efficiency. Project Architect Job Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant architectural experience; 7 years preferred. • Architectural registration and licensure are required. • Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam software for design and documentation. • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills. • Ability to manage projects from conceptual design through construction phases. • Experience coordinating and leading teams of design professionals. • Knowledge of technical specifications and construction administration processes. • Commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
