Project Director – Data Centers Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. • 15+ years of experience in construction leadership roles, including large-scale projects. • Proven expertise in managing complex, ground-up construction projects with substantial budgets. • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability oversight. • Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, or industrial construction preferred. • Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools. • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities. • Ability to travel to project sites as required. • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive project success.
