We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a strong background in financial technology, investment operations, or related discipline. The ideal candidate combines operational expertise with a customer focused mindset and a strong understanding of the asset management / hedge fund ecosystem. In this client facing role, you will deliver key middle and back office operational and onboarding services on Advent Geneva. Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. New York: The expected base salary for the position is between $100,000 USD to $160,000 USD. Massachusetts: The expected base salary for the position is between $90,000 USD to $180,000 USD. In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company’s discretion.
