This responsibility includes working alongside Human Resources to determine pay practices for the system and ensuring their proper implementation within the timekeeping and payroll systems. The manager will supervise a staff that is responsible for ensuring governmental compliance with tax withholding, garnishments, and the timely required reporting of both to applicable governmental entities and agencies. The manager is also responsible for developing and modeling a culture of customer service for the caregivers of Adena Health. This position does not have direct patient contact, but has access to confidential employee and organizational information.
