Cheeseman CDL-A Truck Driver Compensation and Benefits • Gross $1,900 - paid weekly via direct deposit • Average $94,000 per year • Bonus & additional earning opportunities: • Referral bonus: $5,000 • Quarterly safety bonus • Service awards • Premium pay for miles and stops in the Northeast • Paid quarterly safety training • Great company benefits starting the 1st of the month following 60 days: • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Company paid life insurance and short-term disability • Additional insurance: Long term disability, voluntary life, AD&D, accident, critical illness • 401k with company match after 60 days employed • Paid company holidays & 5 days PTO • PrePass, WEX, uniforms • No slip seating Cheeseman Truck Driver Requirements • Must be at least 21 years of age • Must have CDL-A license • Must have 6 months of driving experience • Must have hazmat & tanker endorsements OR be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment • No felony in the past 7 years • No alcohol related offense in the past 5 years • Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations • Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen Home Time, Route, & Schedule • Home time: Home on the weekend and once during the week • Route: Delivering east of the Mississippi River (including Texas), including: • Greencastle, New Castle, and Fort Wayne, IN • Fort Recovery, Mansfield, Troy, and Cleveland, OH • Charlotte and Kinston, NC • Bloomsburg and DuBois, PA • Wheeling, WV • Greer, SC • Level of touch: Securing freight with wooden blocks and nail gun Equipment • Newer model truck • Automatic transmission • Governed speed: 70 mph • ELD equipped using Samsara • APU and inverters • Outward facing camera
