The role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and securing qualified candidates while providing full-cycle support to both clients and applicants. Key Responsibilities: • Source candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, and Indeed. • Interview qualified candidates against highly technical requirements. • Negotiate offers and terms with stakeholders and job-seekers. • Prepare candidates and debrief them before and after interviews. • Provide full-circle services, including resume writing, interview prep, scheduling, and offer securing. • Partner with internal account managers and recruiters to deliver optimal client and candidate experiences. • Educate clients and the applicant market on hiring trends, pay rates, and technology developments. Qualifications: • Prior professional experience in recruiting, IT, sales, customer service, or hospitality. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for negotiation. • Heightened sense of urgency and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. • Problem-solving mindset and ability to align diverse stakeholder interests. • Adept organizational skills with a focus on improving efficiency. • Empathy toward candidates and clients. Preferred Skills: • Prior experience working as a Technical Recruiter within an agency setting. • Professional experience defining technical requirements across software engineering, project management, data engineering, and related disciplines. • Experience working in a call center environment. • Demonstrated history of sourcing candidates, lead generation, tracking, and Boolean writing on recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Indeed.
