• Build strong relationships with senior executives, clients and key stakeholders, anticipating needs and delivering highly personalised service.
• Curate bespoke F&B experiences, including seasonal menus, canapés, working lunches, dinners and refreshments.
• Apply strong food and wine knowledge to develop appropriate wine pairings and elevated dining experiences.
• Work closely with chefs, caterers, sommeliers and suppliers to deliver high-quality, tailored F&B experiences.
• Lead, coach and develop the reception and hospitality team, fostering a culture of exceptional service, engagement and professional development.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and resource levels, adapting the operation to business activity, meetings and events.
• Maintain and continuously improve SOPs, service standards, training materials and operational procedures.
• Monitor guest feedback, KPIs and operational data, identifying trends and implementing improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Conduct regular service reviews and audits, ensuring reception, conference rooms, lounges and guest-facing areas consistently meet the required standards.
• Provide regular operational reporting and performance updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Introduce innovative hospitality concepts and operational efficiencies to continually elevate the guest experience.
• Remain hands-on within the operation, providing support across reception, meetings and events and leading by example.
