Personal Assistant/Companion Full-Time, Live-Out Upper East Side + travel   A couple, on the Upper East Side, needs to hire a Full-Time, Live-Out Personal Assistant/Companion. The responsibilities include: assisting with overseeing the affairs of three properties, paying bills, keeping track of invoices, scheduling and overseeing vendors, serving as a liaison between the couple and the family office, keeping track of the inventory in the homes, running errands as needed, and other ad-hoc projects. Right now the role is mostly personal assistant tasks, but will evolve into more of a companion role as time goes on. Candidates may be requested to travel on occasion. Candidates with a clean driver’s license is A+. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Candidates must have the ability to work remotely as needed.
