Housekeeper, part-time, Live in or live-out Old Westbury & Manhattan, NY   A formal Long Island estate is needs to hire a part-time Housekeeper to join their team. Responsibilities include: deep cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, daily organization & upkeep, family laundry & ironing, light meal prep, setting tables, serving at events, pet care, preparing the home for guests, supporting the full-time staff as needed, occasional care for the Manhattan apartment, and handling any special projects that may come about. All applicants must have a valid driver’s license and ideally, their own car. Vaccinated applicants are preferred. Candidates need to be tech-savvy and team-spirited, with an understanding that when the family is in residence during the busy season (summer), the home will be very busy and require flexibility but the remainder of the year will be calmer. Accommodations are a private apartment on the property. The schedule is working Mondays and Tuesdays. This can be live-in or live-out (with occasional flexibility to stay over as needed) When in season, the hours will be 7am – 7/8pm with a much lighter workload in the offseason. Compensation between $35-45/hr.
