A returning Pavillion client, on the Upper East Side, needs to hire a top-notch Executive Housekeeper/House Manager who can take charge of the immaculate upkeep and maintenance of a large apartment. Responsibilities include: daily museum quality upkeep of high-end furnishings, delicate surfaces, objects of art, plants and flower arrangements, and maintenance of storage areas (wardrobes, linen closets, bathroom, kitchen and medicine cabinets, refrigerators, and pantries), Laundry duties will include washing, ironing, pressing, stain removal, hand-wash, and organizing picking up and dropping off dry-cleaning. Additional duties will be: Receiving and opening packages and making returns as needed, ordering household supplies online, replenishing toiletries and other household items, changing linens and making beds, reporting and scheduling repairs, and supervising service providers and building personnel. The ideal candidate must speak excellent English and adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Must be extremely meticulous and tech savvy as the communication with the principals and the Property Manager is conducted via emails and text messages. The schedule is: Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) with some flexibility. Light domestic travel is a possibility. Salary range: $45-50/hour+ benefits. Immediate start.
