A CEO leading three ventures across fashion, real estate, and a family office, need to hire a highly experienced Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic right hand and operational anchor in a newly created role. Based in Soho with additional residences in Nolita and Sagaponack, this full-time, in-person position requires a polished, discreet professional with 10+ years of experience supporting high-level principals, ideally within UHNW environments. Responsibilities include: managing the CEO’s complex calendar, communications, and priorities while acting as gatekeeper, project manager, and trusted advisor across both business and personal domains. Responsibilities also include: overseeing multiple residences, coordinating high-touch global travel and events, managing a Jr. Assistant, driver, and household staff, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations and long-term initiatives. The Chief of Staff’s focus will be Executive & Strategic Support (60%) and Personal & Estate Management (25%), Staff Management & Vendor Oversight (15%). The ideal candidate is exceptionally well organized, tech-savvy, calm under pressure, and brings strong judgment, aesthetic sensibility suited to the luxury fashion world. Schedule is Monday to Friday working in person 50 hours and requires flexibility. This is a demanding role with a 24/7 mindset. Salary range: $150-250k DOE plus a bonus and medical benefits.
