Role Summary Responsible for developing communication materials, coordinating content delivery, and supporting corporate citizenship program execution to ensure timely delivery, consistent messaging, and effective implementation aligned with IOH’s priorities. Scope of Work Area of Responsibilities Key Activities Content Development & Execution • Develop communication materials based on approved narratives and briefs. • Support the implementation of communication plans and content activities. • Ensure content accuracy, quality, and consistency with IOH’s messaging. Program Coordination & Field Execution • Coordinate corporate citizenship activities with internal teams, partners, and field stakeholders. • Support on-site implementation and resolve routine operational issues. • Document program activities and gather information on outcomes and stakeholder feedback. Project Tracking & Reporting • Track deliverables, timelines, and progress across assigned communications and citizenship activities. • Compile data and prepare reports on communication performance and program implementation. Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. • Good written and spoken English, with strong writing and presentation skills. Related Experience: • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, content development, or related fields. • Experience working at a PR agency, communications agency, or corporate communications function is preferred. • Experience coordinating communication projects, events, or community programs is an advantage.
