You're the person diagnosing the vehicle, performing the repair and seeing firsthand where our processes work—and where they don't. The people diagnosing and repairing the vehicles should have a meaningful say in how the service department operates. YOUR PAY PLAN SHOULD FIT YOU. $30–$60 per hour based on experience, capabilities and certifications. Think you're worth more? Let's talk about it. Sign-on bonuses available for qualified technicians. Not every technician brings the same skills and experience, so we don't believe every technician should be forced into the same pay plan. We'll talk openly about your experience, capabilities, production and career goals and build compensation around what you bring to the shop. Good technicians shouldn't have to worry about their pay plan. They should have the opportunity to earn at the highest level their abilities justify. MONDAY–FRIDAY. NO SATURDAYS. Your weekends are yours. You'll have your own service bay and an established, busy Kia shop with work available.
