Finish our Colorado onboarding and you're qualified as at least an Assistant Teacher (Level 1). • Lead teacher ($16–$22/hour): run the classroom and supervise children on your own. Lead roles need a Colorado Level 2 Early Childhood Professional Credential or higher.
