Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - RN Arden Park Post Acute 📍 Arden-Arcade, CA 💰 $120,000 - $130,000 per year 🕒 Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week Lead, Inspire, and Make a Difference Arden Park Post Acute is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our clinical leadership team. As the ADON, you'll partner closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations, support nursing staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and help drive outstanding patient outcomes. What You'll Do Clinical Leadership & Operations • Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing department operations • Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care • Conduct clinical rounds and monitor resident conditions • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations • Assist in implementing nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives • Support infection prevention, resident safety, and clinical excellence programs Team Development • Participate in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff • Provide education, mentorship, and ongoing staff development • Conduct performance evaluations and assist with corrective action when needed • Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable work culture Resident & Family Support • Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams • Ensure resident-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort, and quality of life • Address clinical concerns and support care planning processes Qualifications Required • Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing • Graduate of an accredited nursing program • Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership or management experience • Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Post-Acute, or Long-Term Care setting • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations Preferred • BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) • 3-5 years of nursing management experience • Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) • Quality assurance, survey preparedness, and staff development experience Why Join Arden Park Post Acute?
