Maintain accurate incoming-shipment records from information supplied by the on-site team. Remote role supporting TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided. Pay: $19.25-$22.50 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience. What you will do - Collect receiving documents and team-reported quantities. - Compare documents with expected shipment records and flag discrepancies. - Route damage or shortage reports to the appropriate owner and update receiving records. What will help you succeed Careful document review and accurate data entry. You should be comfortable learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates and following approved processes.
