Coordinate customer sample requests from entry through dispatch. Remote role supporting TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided. Pay: $19.25-$22.50 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience. What you will do - Record requested samples and verify mailing details. - Send complete sample requests to the on-site team responsible for preparation. - Track dispatch updates and follow up on missing information or customer questions. What will help you succeed Accurate order details and dependable follow-through. You should be comfortable learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates and following approved processes.
