Your attention to detail in data entry, insurance verification, and payment collection will be essential to our efficient operations. Your Responsibilities Will Include: • Warmly greeting and efficiently checking in patients. • Accurately managing patient check-out processes. • Skillfully scheduling patient appointments. • Precisely scanning medical records and handling medical record requests. • Demonstrating exceptional organization and attention to detail in all tasks. • Expertly compiling, processing, and understanding necessary patient forms (consent for treatment, etc.). • Responding to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy. • Efficiently processing incoming and outgoing referrals and obtaining necessary authorizations. • Professionally answering and directing phone calls.
