Job Details: Job Location: CD Pharmacy/Red Rock Pharmacy - Salt Lake City - Salt Lake City, UT, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Red Rock Pharmacy is looking for a Full-Time Pharmacist at our Salt Lake City location. We are looking for a hard-working, organized, problem-solving pharmacist with great attention to detail. Experience in long-term care pharmacy is preferred, but not required so long as the applicant is willing to learn.  About us Red Rock Pharmacy is a closed-door, long-term-care pharmacy. Started in 2013 in downtown Salt Lake City, we have since grown to 7 locations in 4 different states and are just one branch under the family of health care companies that comprise Home Caregivers Partnership LLC (HCP). From the local level, all the way through our sister branches, Red Rock Pharmacy and HCP offers a great network of people, information, and resources to help you achieve your professional goals.     SPECIFIC PHARMACIST DUTIES: • Expert use and safety of medications dispensed. • Work alongside physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. • Supervise pharmacy technicians, interns, and ancillary help with filling, dispensing, labelling and packaging of medication. • Perform the final check on all medication. • Manage inventory and profitability. (Invoicing purchasing, labor etc.) • Protect health information (HIPPA). • Prevent fraud, waste, and abuse. • Prepare sterile solutions according to USP 797. • Prepare Enteral feeding and nutrition. • Prepare computer generated forms and reports. • Maintain the legal aspects of pharmacy practice and regulations.   Our Benefits Generous Paid Time-Off plan Highly competitive compensation rates.
