In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, promote wellness, and support recovery. You will play a key role in educating patients and their families on preventive care and healthy living practices. Responsibilities Monitor and assess patient conditions to provide optimal care and advice Observe and communicate symptoms and changes in condition to physicians Collaborate with providers and healthcare team to develop individualized care plans Perform routine clinical procedures (e.g., vital signs, injections) and document in patient charts Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Maintain hygiene and safety standards (e.g., sanitize equipment, prepare patient areas) Provide immediate care in emergencies Assist during surgical procedures when needed Supervise and mentor LPNs and nursing assistants Support patients and their families with compassion and clear communication Pursue continuing education to enhance knowledge and skills Qualifications:   Proven experience as a Registered Nurse Urgent Care preferred Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and emergency protocols In-depth understanding of health and safety procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) Current RN license in good standing BSc in Nursing or diploma from an accredited nursing program Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Compassionate, dependable, and adaptable Join Quickmed and make a difference in the lives of patients every day.
