Qualifications What You Will Need Required Qualifications • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. • Completion of a Nurse Assistant program (e.g., Patient Care Technician or Patient Assistant Technician) OR • Currently enrolled in a nursing program with successful completion of Fundamentals of Nursing OR • Foreign trained and licensed RN without a Michigan RN license OR • Medical Assistant program with or without experience OR • At least one year of previous experience in a similar role. • Complete BLS Heart Saver Certification during orientation. Preferred Qualifications • CNA certification preferred.
