Our OMHC provides evidence-based, trauma-informed outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and families across multiple locations in Maryland and Washington, D.C. Our interdisciplinary team includes therapists, clinicians, psychiatrists, case managers, and school-based professionals — all united by a shared commitment to helping every child thrive.   The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a new or early-career clinician to grow their skills in a supportive, mission-driven environment. As a Therapist/Clinician, you will: Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents with diverse mental health needs Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, TF-CBT, play therapy) under clinical supervision Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with COMAR, HIPAA, and agency standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and school staff Engage families as active partners in the therapeutic process Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development Qualifications: What We're Looking For ✔ Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (required) ✔ Graduate licensure in Maryland or D.C. (LMSW, LGPC, or equivalent); candidates awaiting licensure encouraged to apply ✔ Genuine passion for working with children, adolescents, and families ✔ Basic knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities ✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills ✔ Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team ✔ Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply   Why The Children's Guild?
