About the Role Freeway Chevrolet is looking for Lube Technicians to join our Service Department and help keep our customers’ vehicles running safely and efficiently. In this entry-level role, you will perform routine maintenance, oil changes, tire rotations, and vehicle inspections. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking to grow in the automotive industry. Responsibilities • Perform oil changes, including replacing oil filters and oil drain plugs. • Check and replenish vehicle fluids as needed. • Rotate tires and check tire pressure to ensure proper inflation. • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and minor repairs. • Complete vehicle inspections and identify additional maintenance or repair needs. • Notify Service Advisors of recommended repairs and maintenance. • Follow dealership procedures and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Qualifications • Experience performing oil changes, basic vehicle maintenance, or minor repairs preferred. • ASE certifications or completion of automotive technical training preferred. • Willingness to learn and develop mechanical skills. • Good time management and organizational skills. • Basic computer skills. • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
