What You'll Do Source, recruit, and engage top talent across Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology, Medical Device, Clinical Research & Diagnostics organizations Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers Conduct high-volume outreach (50–80+ calls per day) Utilize ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, and recruiting technologies to manage talent pipelines Collaborate with a team-oriented, high-performance recruiting environment Develop market expertise within one of the fastest-growing sectors in healthcare and science What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Sales, or Account Management Ability to work in-office daily Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Proficient with recruiting systems, databases, and technology platforms Outgoing, competitive, and highly motivated personality Driven by performance and uncapped earning potential Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow Experience within Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology, Medical Device, Clinical Research & Diagnostics industries is a significant plus Why Join Us?
