Office & Facilities Operations Manager Position Summary We are seeking an organized, professional, and trustworthy Office & Facilities Operations Manager to oversee daily administrative functions, facility operations, employee coordination, and executive support within a fast-paced print production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and knowledge of the printing industry, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily office administration and provide support to executive leadership. • Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, vendors, supplies, and general upkeep. • Support daily print shop operations and communicate with production employees to ensure efficiency. • Coordinate employee scheduling, attendance, onboarding paperwork, and personnel records. • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business and employee information. • Monitor office and production supplies and assist with purchasing and inventory. • Identify operational issues and communicate concerns and recommendations to management. • Ensure the facility remains organized, safe, and operational. Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in office management, facilities coordination, or operations. • Commercial printing, manufacturing, or production industry experience preferred. • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information. Work Environment This position works within a commercial print production facility and office, coordinating with management, employees, and outside vendors to support efficient daily operations.
