Job Title Registered Nurse – Emergency Room Location Clarksville, TN | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a 44-bed Emergency Department serving a general patient population across all age ranges • Maintain flexibility to meet the scheduling needs of the unit — no block schedule; must be available to adapt to unit staffing requirements • Work assigned weekend and holiday shifts, with availability expected for 2 of 3 designated holidays • Deliver care within standard nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4–5 • Document patient care accurately using electronic health record systems Required Qualifications • Active Tennessee RN license or Multistate (Compact) RN license — must be on file at time of submission • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required • Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience • Prior travel nursing experience required • Must wear navy scrubs Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience with Cerner electronic health records strongly preferred • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency environment Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a well-established Emergency Department within a 270-bed facility • Gain valuable experience in a dynamic acute care setting with a supportive clinical team
