Job Title Registered Nurse – LTC/SNF Location Albuquerque, NM | Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule / Job Type Contract | Night Shift Key Responsibilities • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting • Utilize Point of Care Charting (PCC) for accurate and timely documentation • Independently manage patient care assignments with minimal orientation period • Adhere to all facility policies including identification and badge requirements while on site Required Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico or compact eligibility • Previous experience in a long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting required • Proficiency with PointClickCare (PCC) required • Must be prepared to practice independently with limited onboarding support • Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID at the facility at all times • Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or be able to present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience working night shift in a high-acuity LTC or SNF environment • Strong clinical assessment and time management skills in a fast-paced care setting Why Join Us • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of long-term care residents in the Albuquerque community • Contract placement offering flexibility and professional growth in a specialized care setting
