Job Title Registered Nurse – Emergency Room Location Clarksville, TN | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 12-Hour Evening Shifts (3:00 PM – 3:00 AM) | Onsite | Weekend and holiday availability required | Must be flexible to meet the staffing needs of the unit Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a 44-bed Emergency Department serving a general patient population across all age ranges • Manage patient assignments at a ratio of 1:4–5 in a fast-paced emergency care environment • Utilize electronic health record systems to document and coordinate patient care • Maintain flexibility to adapt to unit scheduling needs without a block schedule • Adhere to dress code requirements; navy scrubs required Required Qualifications • Active Tennessee RN license or Multistate RN license required at time of submission • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required • Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience • Prior travel nursing experience required • Must be available to work weekends and 2 of 3 holidays Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience with Cerner electronic health records strongly preferred • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-acuity, high-volume emergency department setting Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a well-established Emergency Department with a supportive care team • Gain valuable experience in a dynamic acute care environment serving a diverse patient population
