Job Title Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology Location Florence, SC | Tertiary Hospital Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 5x8s, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | On-call required approximately once every 4 weeks (Monday–Sunday, one week at a time) | Onsite Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in an Interventional Radiology setting, supporting a range of procedural and diagnostic interventions • Administer and monitor moderate sedation during interventional procedures • Participate in on-call rotation, including weekend on-call coverage as assigned • Utilize Epic for accurate and timely clinical documentation • Wear a radiation monitoring badge at all times while in applicable clinical areas (badge must be supplied by the staffing agency) • During hurricane season (June–November), be prepared to support emergency response assignments as directed by facility leadership Required Qualifications • Active South Carolina RN license or active Compact State nursing license (SC license must be issued and active prior to start date) • Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience • Background in ER, trauma, ICU, critical care, or procedural nursing, including experience with moderate sedation • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required • First-time travelers are not eligible for this position • Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience in pediatric and/or adult vascular interventional radiology • Experience circulating for interventional procedures Why Join Us • Scrubs are provided by the facility, and parking is available at no cost • Opportunity to work in a high-acuity tertiary hospital environment with a structured Monday–Friday daytime schedule
