Job Title Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Location Las Vegas, NM | Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days/Evenings | 10-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Sunday–Wednesday or Thursday–Sunday | Expected 40 hours/week Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care within a Long-Term Care (LTC) unit setting • Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as directed by the care plan • Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the supervising nurse or physician • Support patients with psychiatric care needs as part of the care team • Maintain flexibility in scheduling as operational needs require • Ensure all compliance requirements are completed prior to start date, including New Mexico state fingerprinting Required Qualifications • Active LPN or LVN license in good standing (New Mexico license required or ability to obtain) • Must have reliable personal transportation — candidates without a vehicle will not be considered • Must be available to arrive at least 48 hours in advance of start date to complete New Mexico fingerprinting • Must have all compliance documentation completed prior to assignment start • Must be available for a clinical interview prior to placement; candidates should submit interview availability upon application Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting • Some psychiatric nursing experience preferred • Ability to adapt to varying shift schedules (days and evenings) Why Join Us • Consistent, structured schedule with expected full-time hours on a contract basis • Opportunity to work in a specialized LTC environment supporting a diverse patient population
