Job Title LPN / LVN Location Las Vegas, NM | Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule / Job Type Contract | Flexible 10-Hour Shifts — Evenings (1:00 PM–11:00 PM) or Nights (9:00 PM–7:00 AM) | Sunday–Wednesday or Thursday–Sunday Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing setting • Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per plan of care • Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes to the care team as appropriate • Support patients with behavioral or psychiatric needs as part of a multidisciplinary team • Maintain compliance with facility policies and applicable state regulations Required Qualifications • Active LPN or LVN license (New Mexico license or eligibility required) • Some psychiatric or behavioral health experience required • Must have a personal vehicle — candidates without reliable transportation will not be considered • Must be available to arrive at least 48 hours prior to start date to complete New Mexico state fingerprinting requirements • All compliance documentation must be completed prior to start • Must be available for a clinical interview — please be prepared to submit availability upon application Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Familiarity with psychiatric patient populations • Experience working extended 10-hour shift schedules Why Join Us • Flexible scheduling options with expected 40 hours per week in a supportive long-term care environment • Housing may be available upon contract extension, subject to facility availability
