Job Title Respiratory Therapist – NICU/PICU (RRT) Location Cincinnati, OH | NICU/PICU Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Onsite Key Responsibilities • Provide respiratory therapy services within a NICU/PICU setting on a night shift schedule • Rotate every other weekend, including Sundays, with potential for additional weekend assignments • Float within the hospital as needed, potentially including an additional campus location • Maintain compliance with all facility policies, documentation standards, and credentialing requirements • Utilize electronic health record systems for accurate and timely patient documentation; Epic experience preferred • Complete an onsite background check and fingerprinting on the first day of assignment Required Qualifications • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the specific specialty (NICU/PICU) required • Active Ohio single-state or multi-state compact license required at time of submission • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required • Supervisor reference within the past 2 years required • Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel rates; candidates within 50 miles will be considered local and local rates will apply Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience with Epic charting system • Previous travel assignment experience, though first-time travelers meeting all other requirements are welcome to apply • Familiarity with pediatric and neonatal respiratory care protocols Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a high-acuity pediatric environment with a reputable healthcare system • First-time travelers are considered, providing an excellent entry point into travel therapy for qualified candidates
