Job Title Respiratory Therapist – NICU/PICU (RRT) Location Cincinnati, OH | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Every other weekend required, including Fridays and Mondays | Holiday rotation required Key Responsibilities • Provide respiratory therapy services in a NICU/PICU setting • Deliver patient care across assigned units; floating within the hospital and potentially to an additional campus may be required • Adhere to unit scheduling requirements, including every-other-weekend coverage (Fridays and Mondays at minimum) • Participate in holiday rotation as assigned • Maintain compliance with all documentation requirements using Epic (preferred) • Complete an onsite background check and fingerprinting on the first day of assignment; results may impact employment Required Qualifications • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required • Minimum 2 years of experience in NICU/PICU respiratory therapy • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required • Valid Ohio Single State or Multi-State Compact License required at time of submission • Supervisor reference within the past 2 years required • No previous license disciplinary history • Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel rates; candidates within 50 miles will be considered local and local rates will apply • Time-off requests must be submitted at time of candidate submission; requests cannot exceed 5 days total and block scheduling requests are not accepted (exception: Friday–Sunday weekend blocks only) • ASAP start availability required Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience with Epic charting system • Previous travel therapy experience welcomed; first-time travelers with the required specialty experience will be considered Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a high-acuity pediatric environment with a well-established clinical team • First-time travelers with qualifying specialty experience are encouraged to apply
