Job Title Travel RN – NICU (Nights) Location Riverside, CA | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week | Weekend rotation expected (at least every other weekend) Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU setting with a census of 21–37 beds • Manage patients across acuity levels from Level I through Level III • Perform and assist with procedures including line placement and intubations • Maintain patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 depending on acuity • Document accurately using Meditech and CPN EMR systems • Float to Postpartum as needed per unit staffing requirements Required Qualifications • Active California RN License (or eligibility) • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required • Minimum 3 years of Level III NICU experience • Demonstrated ability to care for neonates across Level I through Level III acuity Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience in a delivery/labor and delivery setting • Ability and willingness to float to Postpartum • Energetic, adaptable personality well-suited to a fast-paced NICU environment Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a well-staffed, high-acuity NICU with a collaborative team of experienced nurses and charge staff on every shift • Gain valuable experience in a dynamic unit that cares for a broad range of neonatal patients in a supportive clinical environment
