Job Title Travel RN – NICU Location Riverside, CA | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Weekend rotation expected (at least every other weekend) Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU with a census ranging from 21 to 37 beds • Manage patients across acuity levels from Level I through Level III • Perform and assist with procedures including line placement and intubations • Maintain patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 depending on acuity • Document accurately using Meditech and CPN EMR systems • Float to Postpartum as needed per unit staffing requirements Required Qualifications • Active California RN License required • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required • Minimum of 3 years of Level III NICU experience required • Demonstrated ability to care for neonates across Level I through Level III acuity Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience in a delivery setting • Ability to float to Postpartum • Energetic, team-oriented personality well-suited to a fast-paced NICU environment Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a well-staffed, high-acuity NICU environment with a collaborative day-shift team • Gain valuable experience in a dynamic unit with a broad range of neonatal acuity levels
