Requirements & Qualifications • 2 years of General Manager experience in a fast casual or casual dining setting • Strong knowledge of P&L management, food and labor costs, inventory control, and scheduling. • Current ServSafe Manager Food Safety Certification. • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop teams while maintaining high standards of service, quality, and accountability. Preferred Background & Skills • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, café, deli, or quick-service operations. • New Restaurant Opening experience is highly preferred • Track record of driving sales, controlling expenses, and improving financial performance. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills. • Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality, team development, and a positive workplace culture.
