Business Solutions Analyst Key Responsibilities & Duties • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify client requirements and develop actionable solutions tailored to their business objectives. • Collaborate with operational and technical teams to design, implement, and refine solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. • Develop and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing proposed solutions and their benefits to organizational performance. • Monitor and evaluate solution effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes for clients. • Support proposal development and response processes for RFPs and RFIs, ensuring alignment with client expectations. • Document solution designs and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and scalability across projects. • Train and mentor team members on solution design principles and industry best practices. • Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of advancements in technology, analytics, and automation relevant to the role. Business Solutions Analyst Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in any field is required; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution design, pre-sales consulting, or operations advisory within insurance or business process outsourcing. • Proven expertise in designing multi-tower solutions within insurance contexts, including carriers, MGAs, and brokers. • Familiarity with AI, automation, and agentic workflows, with a focus on insurance operations. • Experience with RFP/RFI responses and proposal development processes. • Preferred certifications include CIC, CPCU, AINS; technical or consulting certifications are advantageous. • Strong knowledge of P&C insurance operations and industry regulations. • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically for client engagements.
