Join Us! We are currently hiring full time aides to work in our Community-Based Day Service programs. It is the responsibility of all aides to ensure safety of the people we support and provide supports needed for each person to learn and grow. Our Community-Based Day Service programs offer the people with developmental disabilities volunteer opportunities and personalized skill development. Activities occur mostly in the community. You would assist the people we support with building relationships, gaining independence and some vocational skill building. This position also supports people with developmental disabilities with activities of daily living – including, but not limited to, personal hygiene care, feeding and administering medication. This position is Monday through Friday. There will be driving responsibilities using your personal vehicle.
