Dartmouth Nissan is looking for a motivated Parts Advisor to join our winning team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a great team, and keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Assist retail customers and service technicians with identifying and ordering automotive parts and accessories. • Process parts sales, orders, returns, and special requests accurately. • Maintain inventory, organize stock, and track backorders. • Provide excellent customer service while helping maximize department sales. • Work closely with the Parts and Service Departments to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications: • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Basic computer skills and attention to detail. • Automotive parts experience is a plus! • Ability to multitask and work well as part of a team. • Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
