Experienced FOIA process Ability to communication well both written (clear concise, well organized) and verbally (express clearly and succinctly). Familiar with the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act of 1974. Experience. A BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience processing Freedom of Information requests at the base level, command level preferred.
