Click below to check out this stunning property: www.westminsterliving.com Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Operates the property within the financial guidelines (The Budget) • Makes recommendations to increase income, decrease expenses and grow net operating income • Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy and rent levels based on owner's guidelines • Ensures all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect • Directs activities of all on-site personnel and maintains a great working environment for all • Process all invoices generated by the property and insure they are paid in a timely manner • Post, collect, track and manage delinquency of rental and other income • Responsible for building and maintaining a community of residents through resident relations • Ensure desired tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: • Must have 5+ Years' experience in multi-family rental housing • Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry software • Be able to provide great customer service to our residents *Yardi, Bluemoon, Rentcafe and Outlook experience preferred but not required What we are offering: - $80,000 - $86,000 per year salary - Quarterly Bonus potential - 401k planning with up to a $4,000 annual match - Paid Training programs - Tuition Reimbursement program - Paid Time Off, 1st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours - 8 Paid Holidays, 2 Paid ½ day Holidays, Paid Birthday or Work Anniversary Off - 3 week paid sabbatical every 5 years with Monarch or 2 weeks’ pay bonus (Stay Bonus) - Under $50.00 /Month medical insurance through Blue Cross for employees - FREE basic Dental insurance for employees, buy up available - FREE basic life insurance for employees, buy up available - Vision & additional benefit plans for employees, +Spouse, +Children available. - 20% off rent at any owned Monarch community, 100% discount after 10 years, (Subject to terms and resident selection criteria) - $500.00 - $1,000 Employee Referral Bonus Program (terms & conditions apply) This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening (we do not check for THC), and a credit review.
