Options -Dental & vision -STD & LTD -Life Insurance -Supplemental policies -401K after 1 year of employment Role and Responsibilities · Assign daily work to technicians and painters, ensure all employees log their hours in CCC. · Monitor employee productivity, hold team members accountable for performance and quality. · Manage inventory levels and maintain adequate stock of materials and supplies. · Review daily operations to ensure production goals are met and staff are performing at full capacity. · Oversee facility operations, including cleanliness, organization, equipment, and overall production workflow. · Conduct final quality control inspections on all vehicles and repairs before leaving the facility. · Exercise sound judgment to ensure company quality standards are met. · Maintain punctual attendance and communicate professionally with employees, customers, and management. · Ensure all employees comply with company safety policies and safe work practices. · Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications and Education Requirements · High School diploma or GED required · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience · Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills. · Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities. · Ability to lead, motivate, and hold employees accountable. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining attention to detail. · Knowledge of collision repair operations and production processes is preferred.
