What You’ll Love About This Role: • Competitive pay with growth potential • Commission Structure: $150 per lease + $100 per renewal over 6 months in length; $75 per lease + $50 per renewal under 6 months in length • On-site housing discount starting at 30% (and growing with tenure) • Generous PTO, vacation time, and up to 15 paid holidays • 401(k) with company match • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Company-paid life insurance • Health Savings Account with company match • Flexible Spending Account • Employee Assistance Program • Ongoing training and career development What You Will Do: • Travel throughout the portfolio to assist communities with coverage for open positions, this could be any position in the office and site unit counts vary by property. • Collect rent, provide data entry for pending items. • Schedule make ready needs, coordinate vendor needs, etc. • Assist prospective residents through the entire leasing experience from tours to move-in. • Address resident concerns in a timely, professional manner. • Prepare for resident move ins from new lease administration, walking move ins and ensuring units meet Nolan standards and ready for the new resident move-ins. Requirements What You Will Bring: • Must be willing to travel on a rotation schedule, with little notice – MUST BE FLEXIBLE • 2+ years of experience in leasing/multi-family as a leasing manager, assistant manager, or property manager. • Be a self-starter with the ability to problem solve and work without direction. • Yardi Voyager experience required, CRM IQ experience preferred. • Ability to develop proficiency in software such as Excel, Yardi, Word, etc. Additional Details: • Work is performed in a professional office environment • Minimal physical effort or exposure to risk • Nolan Living is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer • Valid U.S. Driver's License required • Background check, credit check and E-Verify required • This position is full-time, exempt, 40 hours/week, Monday-Saturdays as needed.
