Key Responsibilities • Train, supervise, and support housekeeping staff on daily cleaning and maintenance tasks. • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, stairways, and lounges to ensure cleanliness and safety standards. • Manage scheduling for housekeeping shifts, ensuring adequate coverage. • Address resident and family requests and concerns promptly and professionally. • Monitor and maintain stock of cleaning supplies (floor cleaners, bleach, gloves, etc.).
