Primary Purpose: The Sales General Manager will oversee the sales team and work closely with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies. This role is pivotal in driving revenue targets, developing client relationships, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team. What You’ll Do: • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand our customer base. • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
