• Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent and six or more years experience in a field related to the specialized functional area or unit where assigned. Must demonstrate an extensive in-depth understanding of assigned functional area principles, theories and concepts. • Demonstrated ability to perform well under time pressure and manage multiple layers of documentation efficiently. • Highly detail‑oriented; understands that inaccurate ARMS data entry can result in mission delays or cancellations. • Demonstrated ability to perform well under time pressure and manage multiple layers of documentation efficiently. • Fast learner; able to quickly understand and apply new customer requirements, regulations, and ARMS‑related processes. • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance is required. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Aviation Resource Management Systems (ARMS) or similar aviation/aircrew management systems. • Background in aviation operations, aircrew support, or military aviation administration. • Ability to commute safely to one of the onsite work locations: • San Diego, California • Grand Forks, North Dakota • High Desert, CA
