Position Title: Sales Manager We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to drive new business development for an established national commercial janitorial services organization. This role will focus on securing recurring commercial cleaning contracts, expanding into new markets and generating business opportunities across complementary security and construction services. The Sales Manager will work directly with ownership to develop strategic relationships, identify profitable opportunities and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proven sales hunter with a strong background in commercial janitorial or labor-intensive facility services, an established network of industry contacts and a demonstrated ability to independently prospect, negotiate and close new business. This individual thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment and understands how to build lasting client relationships while maintaining profitability.
